I have lodge a complaint regarding cooling problem in my Split AC om 3rd of June, Complaint number- RNA120306053757.On 4th I have again put a reminder. On 5th of June the technician, they said there is a gas problem, we will come tomorrow, they took Rs.450 and went. I again put a complaint. They came on 8th of june and said that the AC has some internal problem and has to be sent in the company, they took off the AC and kept it on the floor and went saying we will come after an hour to collect the AC. Today is 14th of june and no one has come and the AC is still lying on the ground. Kindly help.
