Dear sir as i have given cheque of Rs. 19190/- on 11/06/2012 to Housefull international Ltd., for Sofa cum Bed and they told me that delivery will be within 2-3 days. After collecting cheue next day he called me that it will deliver by 5th july 2012. I was wait for the product till 8th july and i was visited their store at rajkot and i inqire for the product. They reply me that we don’t khow anything regarding product we will call you back tomorrow. I was wait till next day evening but i don’t get any reply. When i call them they give me another date of 2-3 days but unfortunately they again fails for the same. On that day they give me another date of 25th july. But again they fails for delivery. I file complaint on their official website and also make call on customercare number but again i don’t get any satisfactory answer. When i asked for refund they shown me that refund is not in our policy and your product is in transit when i told them that i am going to consumer forum i want refund in any case they throws responsibility to each other between Rajkot office, Ahmedabad office and Mumbai HO. When i told them that finally i am complaining to consumer forum they told me that we are proceeding for refund and give me date of refund that is 15/8/2012 but when i called them on 20th i got another date of 25th. But as today is 28th i am not getting refund as well any reply from their side. So do needful for the same.
