Poor Service and Penalty due to their own employee mistake

Name of company/service: MR Proview – Real Estate

We had booked a flat on 15.01.12 in officer City-1, of MR Proview Company, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. We never received any call or any email or any letter from Company for any payment due what so ever. Ours was self Financed, hence we were heavily dependent on their information for payment. Ours was Under Flexi payment plan. We called up several times to know whether we have any due or not. We were never informed about the progress of the site. We followed up for Agreement which was also delayed by the company. And when we received the Agreement, within 4-5 days we received their 1st ever letter, slapping heavy penalty for late payment fees, right from the day of booking. All this time, we were kept in Dark. We visited Company’s office & met several concerned staff in Noida. Mr. NL Singh, accepted & wrote in our complaint that it was their mistake that our file was misplaced and kept in SBI funded flat, whereas ours was self financed. He assured that it will take at least 1 week time to wave off the charges.
Later after 1 week, NL Singh resigned & many staff who were connected with the issue resigned. Company shifted to Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, where we met Mr. Ajeet Tyagi. After the meeting he assured that our case was clear & Ms. Soma Chandra has agreed to wave off the late payment charges. They said that it will take at least 3-4 days & letter will be sent to us. We followed up for 1 week and later were informed that Ms. Soma Chandra has denied any wave off, stating that we have to pay the penalty.

we are middle class people and cannot give extra penalty of 1 lac Rs. with out any fault of ours. This is sheer case of FRAUD. This company never replied to any of our emails. Please Help. we have every copy of complaint and voice recording of our meeting.
