this is to inform you that the broadband services provided by you are very poor, and your customer care executive cannot give proper guidance to the customers, i am constantly calling on your custome care number, many of your executives give another number and tell me to make call on it, when i make call on it then he/ she tell me to contact your customer care centre, then i go to your customer care centre which is on ARYA NAGAR, MEERUT ROAD, GHAZIABAD, there executives dont know how to behave with customers, here the manager had also talked with me rudely, and the executives also,
finally i decided to disconnect my connection , i had gone there again after one month, then they again dont behave properly with me, i asked them to stop my service due to increased bill, then they asked me to go out , sir please resolve my issue, please disconnect my service, and take action against the concerned officials and please reply me as soon as possible
