I am a subscriber of connect broadband service in Chandigarh since August 2012. The plan that I am subscribed to is 2 mbps for 25 GB and 250 kbps after 25 GB is consumed. As for the first few weeks it was good and later in the month of september my net speed was always slow. For six days I had no internet access and was offline because of that I lost 3 running projects as I am a freelancer and need to update my clients daily. The amount that I was fixed to get by my clients was rs.10,000. That is a loss due to my isp I shall be claiming.
The customer support that they provide is ridiculous, no toll free numbers for customer support. I tried to call the numbers they have given for customer support many times but was always hung for long times and still no response, in that way I just wasted rs.75 talk time for nothing just listening to a machine.
