I have paid cash of Rs 1000 on 18th March for broadband connection. But from 18th Tikona person has only did connection of old Wi-Fi equipment at my house.
Other than this nothing has done from Tikona side. I was calling your representative Ganesh two to three times per day for representative as reminder for installation. But very poor response.
My purpose of buying an internet connection is failed because of this delay.
I am requesting Tilona to repay my 1000.00 Rs back, as I have brought another connection to serve my purpose.
Now i have put plenty of emails did called on customer care but i get resopnse that they will get back to me .Bur from last 4 month no action has been taken.Please help to get my 1000 Rs back .
