Poor Service and Customer Feedback

Location/place: Surat

Name of company/service: Toyota Kirolskar

I have purchased toyota altis car 10 months ago. Surat Nanavati Toyata dealer do not give proper quality and service after sale and i have faced such problem more than 4 times. lastly i have forwarded compalain to toyota customer care but they have not taken any action about my complain.Toyota people do not take care to give acutal responsible person’s contact details or anthing.

    Hi,

    I am a customer of Hero Honda, at the time of purchase the digital meter found damaged and the same was verified by Mr. Firoz, Incharge of Saya Motors, but the same was out of stock on that day, and the representative assured to change the same within 4 days, but still the same is not replaced, they are making the pretend that the stock is not available, now I am very much frustrated regarding the same,

    If you want to retain your customer, please replace the same on urgent basis.

    Looking for your revert urgently.
