poor service and cheating customer

I’m from Rasipuram near namakkal.i wanted to send my herohonda pleasure(black) to chennai from salem.i had decided to send it through KPN parcel service.i left my pleasure at KPN parcel service,meyyanoor.Backside of malabar gold..on july 1st.he assured that he will deliver the vehicle on 3rd of july at tambaram,chennai.but when i ask for the vehicle on 3rd july at tambaram office thay said still its in poonamallee.they said this till 6th noon.finally i got delivered on 6th evening 4pm.the bill amount is 1000.but people at salem office charged 1350 at salem office on 3rd july.and 50 rupees for packing at salem office.while getting delivered you people charged 100 for handling charges.i asked why the bill is for 1000..the people at tambaram office said 350 is for handling charges and 150(100 at tambaram+50 at salem)is for packing.beyond that these people are stealing petrol from every bike.i got an opportunity to see the packing procedure of royal enfield at tambaram office on 6th of july.the working men were stealing petrol while packing and taking for personal use.i sent mine in KPN by trusting the service.but it was extremely poor to the core.
