poor service

from last 13 days i am facing a problem of internet access on my iphone , i have been complaing to evryone at airtel from customer care executive to appellate ,but no one is bothered , they just keep telling me that it is on process .i cannot imagine this could take so long not yet fixed. this is a bogus company and i have done greatest mistake of my life changing my carrier to airtel
