I tried to place an order with Madhuloka Bangalore in the morning and for some reason it was not happeningm when I called the call center they told that minimum order value is 1000/- so I raised the order value to 1000. This happened in early afternoon. I followed them up on delivery after 3 hours then they told it will be delivered in 2 hours. Later I receive call from one of their outlet in Phoenix Market City and they update me that minimum order value is 1500, I told them after waiting for 3 Hrs and following twice you are updating me this now. The person on phone said Ok don’t cry we will deliver by 6 in evening. I am not sure what pathetic level of service this company has, they should just stop the home delivery concept if they cannot, So this means another 2 hours after I posting this complaint, sick 🙁
