Poor Service

I have brought a Philips Induction Cooker from Metro Cash and Carry,on 09.03.2013. On 02.07.2013 I have launched a complain that the induction is not working. Till today they have not repair it. They told us that some parts are not available, so they can not reapair it. Yesterday(23.07.2013). They Told me today they positively make the servicing. Till now they have not contact me or not yet come to my home for servicing it. I need the product replace. Please do the justice.
