We would like to inform you that we are using Honda Activa, purchased from M/s.Mohali Honda in the month of December, 2012. Being familiar with the name of HONDA, we had no reason to believe that our choice would be so worst.
The response, services of your technical staff in MOHALI is clearly beyond the pale. Ever since we purchased this Scooter, we have been a fan of your company. Although we compromised on higher price also in this segment of Scooters for the quality product, but now, this kind of dilly –dally services has shaken our faith and reputation of HONDA is also being eclipsed. In recent past we had given the Scooter for Third Free Service on 05/06/2013 at MOHALI HONDA. We had informed the Service Advisor to check the Battery and Kick specially, as the Kick was not working properly. We are surprised to the quality of work done at your MOHALI HONDA Service Centre, which could have been done better had it been repaired by any local Mechanic. The problem remains the same, It seems that they had just washed the Scooter and given back to us, without attending the said problem. The Invoice No. is 13TW06301 Dtd.06/06/2013. What is the fun of giving Scooter in Authorised Service Centre ??????
