I am an employee of Gail ( India Limited ) as assistant Fire inspector (emergency depatment. I purchased a sim on 21/4/13 of no 9414003399, from Bajaj Nagar Jaipur Office. mistakes done by BSNL
1. I filled a form for post paid sim and they issued me prepaid sim
2. I resubmited my document on 7.6.13 at Nasirabad Ajmer office and they issued new sim but still (21/06/13) that is not activated.
due to communication gap our company GAS pipe line and Gail tel line get damage and i can not reached there to attend the emergency.
