I had lodged the complaint a month back regarding replacement of spare (lid of fully automatic washing machine topload).Given a lot of reaminders but still the product has not been delivered.It was reported that the spare has arrived. Mine is under AMC also.The service is very poor but for AMC they run after us to get it done.
