Poor after sales service

I purchased ro from dwarka sec 4 aquafresh ro centre, delhi. Now tap of the ro is leaking and its been 5 days, i am complaining them about this. Every time they said that it will be resolve till 4 pm. But their 4 pm never came. That is why i am logging the complaint.
