Poor response from HDFC Life Insurance

I have applied for click2protectplus insurance policy from HDFC life insurance of income plus plan.
The sum assured was of Rs. 1 crore. I had also deposited Rs. 5619 for the policy.

I propose to reduce sum assured from Rs. 1 crore to 50 lacs but customer care executives and online hdfc query department is not giving me proper response. I am daily following up matter with toll free no. 18002660315 and writing mail to [email protected]. They are just replying that matter is registered with priority but not getting proper resolution of the matter.
