We purchased an aqua guard in 2007 and renewed its AMC worth Rs 3,500 on 26/6/13. Very soon, the machine stopped working and on 5/7/13 we lodged a complaint, No. 72106362. the technician from Aqua solution enterprises,(9820803714) visited and told that the circuit board needs replacement. Since the past 20 days we have been daily calling up various people from the local company to the head office and everyday we are assured prompt and urgent action, but none has happened so far. Everyday we fill up water from a neighbours house. The callous attitude of the company,despite the machine s AMC having been renewed very recently is causing us great inconvenience and frustration.
