poor response and less clarity

Name of company/service: tatasky

we are very disappointed with your service ,
PErson (call center)took so much time to understand our concern.
Made us to wait for long saying that the supervisor is busy and i had to wait and finally say that i cannot wait any longer .
Then the person mentioned that they will call back before tomorrow 12 O Clock.(ISD 10.30PM – Time of call)

My concern: what are the contents of lifestyle gold package?

Why active cooking channel is not part fof this package , when from it was removed and why without any information ? And your executive gave the most funny reason for it , which i cannot accept !!!!!!!customer id 1018435592

  1. so they add all channels in the begining and then remove one by one and then charge you seperatly
