POOR QUALITY SERVICE NO RESOLUTION OF REQUEST AND HARASSMENT BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION

I had a reliance netconnect plus broadband connection Purchase on 15Th may 2012.
I got a offer of 3 Months free uses no need to pay bill. as per the scheme next 3 months bills are of Rs. 0.00 i.e. June, July and August.2012.
In September 2012 bill no.554568000 is amounted Rs.733.57 which is paid on 11.October 2012 by Receipt no.AMIP26838235 by Amount 734.00
On date 31/10/2012, A request of termination of service was sent by Email, which is answered by Reliance on 23/September/2012 as follows:
“Dear Customer,

We apologize for the difficulty faced by you.

After this communication no one contacted me through mail or phone call or sms.
No one entertain the compliant, neither try to solve the problem nor communicate back through any medium.
After long time got a phone call from Reliance Zen Store, Pune regarding payment of outstanding amount of Rupees 1858.00 after clearing the issue of Poor service & request of termination of service. The account is settled by allowing 858.00 Rupees as Goodwill waiver and remaining 1000.00 is need to pay by cash.
So they send executive named “Datta” to my place to collect the cash.
I paid him in cash 1000 Rupees which receipt no. is MHG11799423 dated 09th January 2013. I confirmed from the executive that there should not generate any bill onwards as I paid full amount & account is settled by Reliance themselves.
He replied that don’t worry as you get Goodwill Waiver & you paid all remaining amount. Your account should get closed.
After few months I didn’t get any call sms or email related to the service.
I got a sms from Reliance on 6th of june2013. That After repeated follow-up you have failed to pay Rs.1974 vide Caf 500003754589 Hence be present at Pune Court on 30/06/2013. Call 9325057052 for any queries.
I have called upon the said number (9325057052) 18 times a day. & no one answered that call & never get a call back from the same number, I am suffering from the serious condition due to whole matter.
I got daily SMS of above subject starts from the 6th of June to 30th of June.
Finally I called up to the Call center & the executive fails to give me proper answers of my questions.
I requested to transfer the call to the senior, and one of the floor Manager Mr. Shashank answered my call.
As per his suggestions, I clarify the whole situation to Reliance which is as follows
First of all I have paid Rs.1124.00 dated 15/May/2012 By Cash (For three Months)
On behalf of this amount no due in Invoice for next 3 months i.e. 11/June/2012, July, 2012 And Aug, 2012
The Invoice of Sept. 2012 & Oct. 2012 was Rs. 1676.27 of which payment was made by Credit card amounted Rs 734. & remaining balance of Rs. 942.27 was paid by cash in hand to the executive came from Reliance store.
With the amount of Rs. 1,000.00 on 9th Jan.2013 this was the full and final payment settlement made by the Reliance Communication Infrastructure Ltd-A/C RIS.
The Executive clearly told me that there is goodwill waiver of Rs 858.00 & account was settled by Receipt of Rs 1,000.00 Rupees.
The tale-caller from Reliance committed me 858.00 Rs as a goodwill waiver & suggested me pay 1000.00 Rupees to settle down the account,
I asked her give me this in writing by mail or SMS message, She made a false commitment to me that she made it in account at there end & not provided me anything proof till date.

I want to close the following data connection PFA for more details,
as The Data card is useless for me
since from last 3 months I am not using it as its not fulfilling my need regarding Range[Network] & speed required for my work, my work is disturbed due to low transmission speed.
In the last month I paid the arrears & said that I don’t want any bill cut down the connection immediately
but its not done by your side.
I am very straightly said that I am not going to pay any bill after this receipt.

So, cut it down & withdraw the current arrears I am not going to pay it, as I said.

Here is the Paid receipt of Rupees 1,000.00 for the Internet uses.

Please find attached file for the photo copy for the receipt.

Now, there are not a single penny is outstanding towards me.
all the uses charges are paid in full by my side.
So please disconnect the service & do not generate any more rental bill or blank data uses bill onward.

The USB internet is no more in use since from last 2 months. And there are no chances to get it back in service.

So my humble request is that stop all services & its payment reminders for me.

The above message is the last one which I got from reliance. There are highlighted words that your email has been forwarded to the Netconnect Broadband Plus department and you will get the appropriate response shortly. Unfortunately no one replied for the issue or dispute in my account.
As there are no uses on my connection, I paid all the arrears by making payment of Rs 1000 In cash
And immediately I put forward request for termination of connection.
After sending my application of request, I expect that the connection is terminated because I did not receive any Invoice after this period & suddenly I got a last Invoice on 2nd June, 2013. With amount of Rs 1973. In this Invoice there are no data uses it clearly shows Current uses 0.00
When I called Reliance Customer Care they told me your connection is not terminated yet.
Why? Yet the reason is unknown to me.
I did not receive any call or any mail regarding my request on termination of connection.
The Concern department hadn’t call me anymore for any information.
I am very clear with the payments from my side I quit the uses & immediately I send a request for the same. If Due to any reason Reliance is not disconnecting the connection & generates Invoices of rental amount by the name of Customer who already put request for the quitting the connection and paid all the charges which are used by him.
I think that the billing dept. is not taking consideration of request and though I quit the uses they are charging me which I never utilize the service.
There is total miss communication in between [email protected] team and
the [email protected] team. now its resulted that the billing cycle goes uninterruptedly with the data uses of 0.00 MB per month & I am totally unaware about that.as no one reminder me about the connection is not terminated yet. no one knows the reasoning behind the scene.
After long period from Dec 2012 to June,2013 (almost 6 months later)
Suddenly I receive the following SMS on my registered mobile no.(9890202212)

The Receipt of 1000 Rs is a full n final settlement done by the reliance & the unused remaining amount was withdrawn by giving waiver from the Reliance same is maintioned in my earlier mail. I dont know why they did not process the service termination request & why the rental bills are generated when the uses if internet is totally zero.
at the same time nobody is able to answer me what’s the exact problem to terminate my request when I applied for it.
Please look into it & reply me.
The reasion is not cleared why the service is countinued when I had request to stop it earlier. & nobody takes efforts to tell me whether the service is stopped or countinued.
I have no idea that the bills are generating bliendly without informing me….
all the 1973.32 amout is get in picure suddenly There is not a single notice that every month rental bills are generating without a single MB used on it……

As per system there is no request raised for termination, also Kindly note that monthly rental is applicable till the service is active with us. Hence kindly clear the overdues asap.

Hi,
I don’t know why the system is not updated,
Neither got any intimation or mail or sms or call from reliance to show that the service is still going on & though there are not a single MB uses on connection the full rental bill is generated, If any kind of reminder I receives I will pay only that month’s rental bill & take whatever steps to close the service.
why I did’n get very next month’s bill that shows the rental amount only.

Instead I got a E mail regarding notice that amounted 1973.32 is outstanding.;
How it could be possible ?
If one month’s bill is due & I got any one reminder to pay that bill I will always ready to pay that amount & take necessary steps to stop the service immediately.
why should I wait for a big amount to generate,

I got a simple call from Reliance Zen that you have to pay only whatever internet used by that month & remaining amount is withdraw by giving the waiver. Further they told me that this 1000 Rupees is your full and final payment afterwords you need not pay anymore.

As per the call instruction They send a person named “Datta” at my place he collected cash 1,000.00 Rupees from me. And when I confirmed that service got terminated he told me now you paid all the rest amount after waiver So don’t worry your account is now settled & you don’t get any bill on words.
After that month I really didn’t receive any call sms or mail.
and suddenly got a Notice by E mail said there is outstanding?

It is cleared now that reliance don’t want to intimate customer who want to stop the service & charge them even if they are not availing the service any more.
