Poor quality service

I want action to be taken on the tata photon plus services. They provide very poor quality service. I am unhappy every time I get in touch with their customer care. I have a wireless broadband connection, 10GB @1100 plan. I’m supposed to get speeds upto 3.1 Mbps for a data limited data of 10GB after which speed is limited to 160Kbps. My complaint is that after the completion of data usage my net usage is completely cut-off.

I have been facing this issue for about four months now. And repeated complaints with the customer care have yielded no results.They keep giving me lines about how their network team will come home and resolve my issues. But even the person who does come home is unable to do anything about it.

Their database is totally flawed, and the executives I spoke to are totally incompetent. When I called this month(7th June to be precise) to complain that my data speed was not renewed to the high speeds, the executive I spoke to informed me that my data usage for the month of June has already been used fully. When I informed them that I’ve been cut-off from the internet since may, when I finished my limited high-speed data usage. When I informed them of this, they put me on hold for a while and informed me that my account has been put under temporary suspension or safe custody. This has been done without any request from my side. I put in a request for disconnection earlier in february, I had another photon connection. I wished to use only one. Then I cancelled my other photon connection and asked to take my request for renewal of services. I used my connection afterwards for the months of march april and may. They inform me that as on 19th may my connection has been put on hold.

How can they do this without ant request from my side. I have been seriously discomforted. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with their services. This is just a breach of trust. And there is no quality of service and I feel cheated of my money. I kindly request you to take what action possible.

    I want action to be taken on the tata sky services. They provide very poor quality service. I am unhappy every time I get in touch with their customer care. When i have called customer care to gave the complent that my tata sky connection is not working (Showing error setup box not reciving signal). they said that thier service provide will call me after 2 hrs but since last 4 day are gone but they had not called me a single time. i called them for 10 times and every time they said that u recived a call after 2 hr.

    I want that to take a action on Tata sky….
