poor quality of shoes

To whom it may concern,I Dr. Sachin Patel bought Fila Sport Shoes on 12.11.12. Its been just 3 months the ankle pad of my both shoes are torn and when i went back to the store to complain against warranty for the repair,they said its not warranty is not applied on ankle pads.The staff is not at all co-operative.At the time of purchase also no one in the staff said about the different sections of warranty on what and which.So with due regards I would be highly obliged if you kindly take some satisfactory action.
