Poor Quality of Shoes

Name of company/service: Relaxo Footwear

We purchased Relaxo (Sparx) Canvas shoes on 18.5.12 from Jwala Heri Market, Paschim Vihar, N.Delhi for Rs. 575/- with an assurance from the shopkeeper that in case of any problem within next 3 months, the shoes would either be repaired or money refunded.

Now after showing him the torned shoes he and the company Relaxo Footwear is telling us the company’s policy mentioned at the back of bill. According to that only 50% money can be refunded.

Would advise all that not to go for any purchases with such companies who have poor quality of products and policies.
