Poor Quality of Service and Product of CELKON MOBILES AND BIG C

Dear Concern,

As I feel very happy to purchase CELKON AR-50. But simultaneously I feel unhappy as your service team and BIG C sales team has failed to resolve my problem.

Going to particulars :

I purchased my mobile model CELKON AR-50 on dated 21-Feb-2014 at BIG C, Dilsukhnagar-2 branch store, after period of 2 days when I approached sales and service team of BIG C and told them my mobile is not working due to touch screen issue and I told them to resolve the issue, when they checked and told that mobile touch screen was broken.

When I hand over them it was in working condition and touch only not working there is no broken identifications. But later I find and felt surprise that it was broken condition. and they are asking Rs.2500/- for resolve the issue.

I strongly contemplate the issue as a manufacturing defect and thus onus rests with the firm to gracefully replace it, Please note that firms with excellent global reputation such as yours for instance, may not let the customer suffer, if the priority is truly customer satisfaction.

When i take up seriously with your people, Mr, Immanuel- Store Manager and team advised me to register a theft complaint to police station and told me to submit that complaint copy from E-seva to claim insurance. (This is crime and misguide the customer)

When I purchased this mobile Big C team promise me that they will going to resolve any kind of issues that is the faith and trust given by your team. Based on your trust I purchase the mobile but when it comes in reality Big C team miserably fail to resolve the issue and misguide the customer.

This is the situation Celkon company will land up in problems in coming days.

I am really surprised the way a customer complaint handled by a reputed company like Celkon and Big C. We therefore request you to intervene immediately and see that my Mobile put back to In warranty service.

And other thing being a customer service back bone of any company,

I will take about your service levels and customer dealing with the people in public forum and in consumer court.

My sincere request kindly rectify the issue and move towards to make customer delighted and happy.

Kindly appreciate that reputation of any firm is built over the years purely base on customer loyalty. In line with it you are requested to consider this as exceptional case and kindly initiate the process for prompt repair.
