Poor Quality of service and cheating by bus conductor

Name of company/service: Balance amount not returned

Recently I travelled by MSRTC bus from Thane Vandana bus stand to Pune on 25/02/2013 and it was a semi luxury bus, the ticket fare was Rs 187. I gave the conductor Rs 500 and he did not have the honestyto return the balance amount of Rs 313 which was due. Earlier Rs 187 is due from MSRTC since I had booked the ticket and the bus did not turn up. So totally Rs 500 is due from MSRTC
