I bought a set of ceramic mugs trendz from Murugan Stores on 30/11/2009. When I poured hot tea in the mug on 1/12 2009, the mug split into two pieces. I have kept the broken mug and other mugs not used in the packing as delivewred by the retailer. My letterr to Murugan Stores did not receve any attention. I had sent a mail to the Manufacturers today. The lable in the packing do not indicate the date of manufacture. I do not no whether the suppliers have out saourced the mugs.
