poor quality and serices provided by kenwood

I made a purchase of kenwood food processor model no.FP691 for whom i paid Rs.13,400 in Dehradun from Amit Asociates ,65 Raja Road Dehradun. Within 2 months the main dough etc. making jar started showing leakage which shows the poor quality of the product.The motor lost his life before time.I requested the distributor to provide me with new parts for whom i was ready to pay but the only thing i got was different mobile numbers with same answer from everyone that call me in 10,15,20,days. I even did what they asked me to do but still no one provided me the service which the company guarantees to provide.The poor service of the company+the poor quality of the product and non-replaceable parts of the product from the distributor. All this adds up to the poor and inconvenient usage of the product.Please just read the review before buying kenwood products in India.
