I ordered a 14 peice non stick cookware set from Indiatimes shopping in June. I promptly received the products in about 7-10days. The bill amount was Rs2748.00. However, on opening the carefully sealed box i found that almost all of the kadai peices have dents and the respective lids also have dents. The overall quality is also extremely poor. I immediately called their call center and complained. They promised to have the product replaced which they never did. I called them a second time and asked for my money back; for which they advised that someone from the company will come and collect the package in 2days..but again no one has come. Its 2weeks now. I tried calling their call center a couple of times but am unable to reach someone to talk to regarding this.
