Poor proudct and not fulfilling warrnaty period

Name of company/service: Dell

I purchaed computer from Dell India Ltd. vide Invoice No is 8040285008 dated July 2, 2011 and computer was delivered on July 9, 2011. Therefore my warranty will expire on July 9, 2012. I have to inform that the computer was not good as its mother board and some other parts was replaced by company’s engineer on February 20,2012 only after seven months. If mother board is changed in seven months than how can you say that the product of company like Dell is a good one. Further, my warranty will be for one year for mother board from the date of replacement.

I, therefore, requested the company to immediately depute its engineer for service of my computer.
Company has refused to provide free service or replancement of parts.
