I purchased Panasonic CU-S24PKY 2 Ton AC on 25 May (Better Deals, new delhi) and from 26 May my AC is not functioning properly. I have been given different complaints nos (1305-145323; 1305-136379; 1305-150797) but so far 1 technician came to fix the fault. However, since the AC was functioning properly at the time he came, he said he can’t do anything. He didn’t care of identify the problem or give us a fix. If this is the condition of a brand new product, then definitely no one should go for any Panasonic AC. Neither the product quality is good neither customer support. Overall extremely disappointing experience.
