Dear Sir / Madam,

This to bring to your notice that i have brought LG Home Theater on 20 May 2012.
The product code – LG HT 856PF worth rupees 14900/-. In the first week of July one of the speakers was not functioning properly. I registered a complaint with LG customer care on 10 July 2012 bearing complaint number (RNA 120710002969). LG customer care has promised to address the issue within 48 hours. On 20 July 2012 the Home Theater stopped functioning. I called up LG customer care same day to inquire why there is a delay in addressing the issue & brought to their notice that the product has stopped functioning. I spoke with one of LG customer care supervisor named (Vishal or Vinay)who said he will look into the matter immediately & arrange for a service engineer to address the issue same day & said will call & update me by 11.00am. Complaint number (RNA120720053868. Two days have passed by but there is no response from LG in spite of providing alternate cell numbers. Every time i call the LG customer care, I will have to hold the line for long period to reach the officer on line & in the end the issue is not addressed.
I cant believe a branded company like LG who promise great products have delivered a product which could function properly even 2 months from date of purchase.
I request you sir / madam to kindly look into the matter & see that suitable justice is done.

A) Either replace it with new one.
B) Cancel the sale & reimburse the payment.
