Poor package renewal process with LS Broadband pvt Ltd

Hi, I am using the ls broadband for home internet connection with monthly renewal package. Recently my monthly package got expired and after 5 days also they were unable to renew it. I kept calling to customer care from 2 days before the package expiry date to collect money and renew package and every time they say that our person will reach you for collecting money and that renew it. I am really fed up with them. Customer care people don’t have the option to renew it. And remember I am the customer for more 2 years and they don’t have little caring to call the customer and check about the interest in package renewal before the expiry day. Every month it takes around 3 to 5 extra days to renew it and the same time I am not able to access the internet.
