Location/place: ranchi /jharkhand

Name of company/service: reliance gsm

I brought a Reliance Gsm2g+3g DataCard connection before 4mounth with Rs.600/ .I used datacard with 3gSpeed 2gb in 3 mounth but next mounth I used Rs.5/ 2g netpack and now Im Recharge Rs.248/ 2g netpack.there are not recharge my card. Then Im consulting CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER & NODAL OFFICER, they are say not good response they say only negative & not resister my complaint,they are saying recharge cannt posible 2g pack on 3g DataCard,but Im recharge 2g Rs.5/netPack and other topups.If my card is 3g then why recharge 2g Rs.5/other topups.
They are add services on my datacard without any permission.
that is not possible add any services in any 2g/3g DataCards .I have so so loss in this area.so I want tobe only justice.
