Poor Network and voice quality

Dear Sir ,

i am using vodafone mobile for last 10 months mobile number 9726179101 , i have post paid connection of vodaphone but last two months there is very poor network and bad voice quality in my mobile due to which i am loosing lot biz enquiries as i am unable to communicate them properly . I have complained to Vodafone customer care as well nodal office but no action has been taken so far and they are still saying that company can’t commit timeline hence i request you to pls take immediate action against vodafone for rendering such poor service causing biz loss to me on daily basis
