Poor network

HI,

I would like to highlight issues about poor network performance by vodafone in South City 1 Gurgaon, have written many emails but very poor responce.

As per them if the network fully goes down for 24 hrs then only they can record it as issue. Phones getting down for 30 mins / 1 hr does not make a difference to them.

I have written to all relevant authorities as there are more than 8 users in my department affected from their services but got no responce from single of them. This clearly shows their poor services and respect to customers.
