Poor Micromax suppor

Dear Sir
I had purchased Micromax Funbook P410i from snapdeal dated June -’14.
But sorry to say the product is not working properly.
The battery gets dead every night and dosen’t even charge in morning.
I showed the phone in Chandigarh Sec-41 service centre and they did nothing… They say we have replaced charger now it’s ok, but same problem again and then I showed the tab in Ambala cantt at Service city in rai market.

My phone is now with Sevice city Rai market, Ambala cantt and they have said they need to change the battery and it will take 15 days for the same.
I went back after 15 days and they are saying it will take another 15 days… this is pure harrassment…

Plz help to get my phone repaired ASAP…
