Poor maintenance service

My self Arun Panchal is your customer, My service no.925649 & Group No.NZ11/NZ110075/11872.

i am working women residing alone & have not any electric equipment at home instead of light & fan & whole day i am at office . I stay night at home & at that time i use fan & light only . The bill amount for the month of May -June i received excess as per my calculation. our neighbor who have AC & all other Electrical equipment & using whole day even there bill amount deference is not more than my bill. how it is possible???

I had earlier also send complaint regarding this so please do the needful.

They give answer below mentioned :-
On receipt of your complaint, our meter inspector would check the meter with the help of Accucheck Machine. In case your meter is found to be working beyond the permissible limits the same would be replaced with a new one and necessary credit/debit will be reflected in the next energy bill.
However, if the meter is found to be working within the permissible limits, then a meter testing fee of Rs. 100/-would be charged towards the testing of your meter and the same would be reflected in the subsequent energy bill.

How much is this fare?? my meter box old as 18years & they never came for check or give any maintenance
& therefore bill consumes more unit.

Please solve my problem as soon as early on priority basis.
