Tikona digital network provides so called wireless internet connection. First of all they are not actually providing wifi connection…..they provide internet connection with a wire LAN, though they give you demo before you get the connection using a wireless router which is only to deceive you, they will ask you extra money for installing router.
Second thing, they ask in the beginning installation + monthly rental charges, though they not provide you any credit limit.
They ask you to pay more for high speed connection, even if you pay for that you are not getting that speed and at the end you find your money went for nothing but wasted.
Their customer care service is very poor, first they ask you to wait for 10 minutes, then while you are speaking they ask you again to be on hold and disappeared for hours.
This kind of company should not be having any rights to deceive customers, it should be stopped.
