1. I had purchased split AC Air conditioner Model No CU-UA 18NKYP2 ( 1.5 Ton Hot and Cold) Serial No 6521300676 vide No on 02 May 13, from
Single Brand Panasonic Dealer, Sharma Electronics, 13 Hardyal Road, Jalandhar Cantt, Jalandhar Punjab, Pin 144005, Mobile No 08699523591, Landline of Shop 0181-2260397.
This dealer is also dealing with CSD for Army and is authorised dealer for CSD models.
2. The service provided by the dealer was most deficient. The AC which was installed has still not been completely installed even after 30 days.
3. The interiors of my accommodation have been damaged and left as it is. The opening in the wall for the pipes was about 10 inches x 7 inches, through which a snake came in. No effort was made to close excessive opening.
4. The external unit was left on the ledge without securing it. The outdoor unit is vibrating continuously.
5. The wires from the AC were left dangling inside.
6. The AC pipes from the outdoor unit have been taped using brown 3″ adhesive tape which is bound to damage the sponge. No insulation to the pipe by insulating cloth was provided.
7. I have paid Rs 1250/- towards standard installation. In spite of innumerable phone calls there has been no response.
8. I do regret having bought a Panasonic AC, will not recommend to any one else. I feel sorry at the state of affairs of your dealers on whom the company has no checks.
9. You have lost a customer, courtesy very poor service by your dealer. I am also approaching the Consumer Forum for redressal of my complaint.
