Poor Hospital Facilities

We are Indians always have a great hope towards our systems, which actually assures us to relief.
This is the story of a woman who has lost of her life because of poor treatment and poor facilities..
I am Abhijit Rudra writing this mail on behalf of my mother Mrs Gouri Rudra, she had been a undergoing treatment from Institute of Neuroscience Kolkata.
My mother had a critical brain hemorrhage on 21st June 2013, we took her to local hospital in Jamshedpur, but anyway there has no such personal neuro care for this treatment in Jamshedpur. We have been told and advised by people to take her to Institute of Neuroscience Kolkata (INK) Kolkata for further treatment of neurology. In INK, Dr. Amit Ghosh and Dr. Mukund Prasad had done the surgery of my mother.
Following Treatment was done:
1. Aneurysm Clipping
2. Hydrocephalus
She was recovering very well and suddenly during the treatment lots of challenges been faced by my mother, She was attacked suddenly by various virus and infection, which spread throughout the body and brain. Again doctors were trying to help her out from this but CSF cell count level had reached to 9000/cen where a human body should have 4/cen in general.
Ultimately nothing was worked out well and finally doctors had declared that she cannot come out from this and she is on her last stage life.
I have lost my mother on 14th July at 12:45 pm.
I personally would like to argue why such poor management and facilities been providing by such great institution where patients come with a great hope of recovery.
I believe the facilities provides by INK is not up to mark for a patient of neuro. The ITU, ICU and HDU are not in a proper maintenance and these are reasons that bacteria and infection attacks patients body very quickly. When a patient kept under ICU and ITU, how come infections attacks patient so often.
Seeking a concrete answer for the above mentioned incident, which must ensure that henceforth patient must take care under such big hospital.
