Sir, I’m a student and I live in Karol bagh Delhi , I have paid for a reading room named K K Library though they are charging more money than rest of reading rooms present there and not proving hygienic washroom facilities and quality of drinking water they provide is very poor, students usually gets sick there, if you could do anything about it, it would be appreciated.
