poor customer service and misinformation provided

worst network ever used….even worst is the customer service response. i really want to know how this people work when their server is always down… second issue i checked your site it said 175 gives 1gb for 28days…it ended in 10 days!! moreover it sucked all the main balance too…what you people are up to?? I have been using this number since last 5-6yrs.. dont you update your sites?
