Poor customer service; main aim to have huge profits let customer suffer

Im using HTC sensation a android based device. From the day i purchased this cell I am realy very unhappy. This cell has cost me Rs.29000 (Twenty Nine Thousand) and in six months i have submitted the cell in service center for 9 to 10 times. They are not replacing the device neither they are solving my problem. From last one month my cell is with the company and whenevr I contac them they are giving diffrent dates of delivering. I request you people to help me out please i beg.
