POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & HIGH CHARGES

I HAVE PURCHASED MOTO E CELL PHONE FROM FLIPKART JUST 15 DAYS BACK AND ITS DISPLAY SCREEN GOT DAMAGED,WHEN I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER THEY REPLIED THAT IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.THEY ADVISED ME TO CONTACT THEIR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE. I WENT TO THEIR SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY HAVE DEMANDED AROUND 5000/- FOR REPAIR OF DISPLAY SCREEN.IT IS QUITE SURPRISING THAT THE MOBILE WHICH COSTS 6999/- ITS SPARE PART COST ALMOST EQUAL TO THE PRICE OF MOBILE.MOTORALA HAS ONCE AGAIN STARTED ITS FRAUD BUSINESS IN INDIA AND THEY ARE SELLING DAMAGE QUALITY & REJECTED MOBILE SETS THROUGH FLIPKART BECAUSE IT IS VERY EASY TO SELL DAMAGE QUALITY CELL PHONE THROUGH THESE TYPE OF INERNET SITES
