Please be informed that i am a customer of MTS broadband service in Varanasi UP region and experiencing pathetic customer service in past few
months, it seems company representatives are reluctant and seems to be very less interested in providing quality service in this region. Several complains has been
registered with out any fruitful results.Seeking a urgent action on this from your side.
