I bought a HTC wildfireS mobile a year ago from sangeetha mobiles, due to accident the phone got damaged and i went to the retailer has i have bought insurance for the phone to get it repaired, got to know that i have to pay for the repair i was refered to service station Sai Srinivasa Technology who are authorised service center for HTC mobiles on 16th may with an agreement that the phone will be repaired in 7 days and to this day i have not recieved my phone i have agreed to the quotation of 2500 charged for the repair but they are not in a position to deliver my phone, i am tired of chasing the service center with no hopes of getting my phone back need help to get this sorted
