hello..we use hathway broadband as our internet connection..2 weeks ago we faced a problem with the modem and the internet is not working..we called hathway customer service and it took literally 10 days for them to show up..some hathway technician changed the modem and promised the connection would be fine in an hour or so..it has been 3 days since then and still the internet is not working..we already paid 2400Rs and it has been nearly 3 weeks since the internet worked properly..im calling hathway customer service since 3 days and they promise us always the connection will be fine but still there is no progress..im really sick of their poor customer service and i want my money back..!
