This is the second worst experience with the Microsoft Mobile (formerly Nokia). I have submitted my handset for replacing the touch panel on 25th of February 2015 with Adhrit Solutions, Panvel, one of the authorised Nokia care center. It was surprising to get a reply from them that they had no idea when the device will be ready. When I followed up with Microsoft Mobile customer service regarding my repair status, till 3rd of March 2015, they had no update on it. I have been following up since then and I got a same reply till 10th of March and I was told to wait for 24 hrs to get a call from the backend team every time.
Finally I visited Nokia Care again to find out that the care center was being shifted to somewhere else and the current location was closed down since 28th of February. I visited them at their backup location to find out my device still with them in the same condition I had submitted on 25th of February.
Every time I called I got a false assurance from all the executives, unfortunately including their senior leads as well as Managers. Today its 13th of March and I dont have my handset nor any further update on the same.
Very poor kind of service from Microsoft Mobile. Will hardly recommend the same to anyone. Former Nokia was much better.
