Poor customer care service provided by vodafone

Name of company/service: Vodafone Telecom

I own a vodafone number i.e 9711278746. On 22nd jun i recharged my phone with Rs 95 to get vodafone GPRS service. Then on the same day i requested vodafone for their 3G service activation by messaging them with ACT 3G on 144 but instead of activating 3G service on my number they deactivated my GPRS 95 plan. When i call their customer care number thay said that my GPRS service is deactivated as 3G is activated on my number but in reality 3G service is not activated by them. Then another customer care representative suggest me that i should take 3G plan then only i will get 3G servce activated on my number. But he suggest me wrong plan of Rs 25. But still i didn’t lose hope again i call them then they suggest me to recharge with Rs 24 plan i did that again but still 3G service not activated on my number. From 22nd june i had wasted Rs 150 but still no result. i have also made compaint ref no. 2254808206 but still no result. Daily they are advertising their 3G service but in actual they provide very poor service and waste their customer money. Please take some appropriate action against them and please made my money refund.
