Name of company/service: samsung authorised mobile service centre
I, Dr. Senthilkumar had given my samsung galaxy GT-19003 mobile for service in pondicherry samsung authorised service centre ( padma customer care centre)on 20/7/2012. They have neither completed it yet nor bothered to respond to my enquiry regarding the progress. They are highly disregardful towards the customers. i am so much disappointed with their rude behaviour and deeply hurt mentally.
