Poor Coaching quality and no refund

Name of company/service: Jeremey Education Centre

I had enrolled Jeremy Education centre for IELTS coaching. Within 10 days only they had misguided me to join English Speaking classes. They had not focused on speaking and writing modules at all. Because of insufficient guidance and very poor inputs I had decided to discontinue in just 15 days. They had completed only 10 percent of course; still they are not ready to give any refund. I am totally dissatisfied by this coaching class.
